Operative Hastings District Plan

This is the District Plan that was made operative in 2003. The Operative District Plan remains in place until the submissions and hearing process for the Proposed Hastings District Plan has been completed. The Operative Plan incorporates all Council's decisions in respect to the Proposed Hastings District Plan November 1997. The Plan has since been amended via various updates to both the text below and maps. The most recent changes to each part of the District Plan is dated in the section title and in the maps where relevant.
