Recycling
A targeted rate set on each separately used or inhabited part of a rating unit based on the provision or availability to the land of the service. A rate of $44 per separately used or inhabited part of a rating unit would apply.

Refuse
A targeted rate set on each separately used or inhabited part of a rating unit, differentially based on the use to which the land is put. Residential units currently receive a weekly collection. Commercial units located within Hastings and Havelock North CBD’s currently receive a twice weekly collection.
The rate for 20017/18 is:

A targeted rate set on each separately used or inhabited part of a rating unit based on the provision or availability to the land of the service. A rate of $103 per separately used or inhabited part of a rating unit would apply.
