Forklift Programme - Virtual Reality The Whiti Programme is serious about encouraging the next generation of supply chain cadets into the workforce.

Whiti prepares a new entrant to supply chain businesses with the core competencies to allow their successful commencement, while working with businesses to optimise their chance of a positive outcome. Whether you are a potential Cadet or an Employer looking for talent, we are glad you dropped by.

To be considered we require individuals to:

  • Be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Be over the age of 17 as at the start of the programme
  • Be able to return a clear drug test
  • Be physically fit with no medical preclusions for operating heavy machinery
  • Be able to carry out the functional duties required of the role - can reach the pedals of a forklift, turn to look over the shoulder, climb in and out of a cab, clearly communicate over a radio, wear required PPE Hold a current NZ Drivers Licence (at least Learners)
  • Have no violent or serious convictions
  • Good understanding of literacy and numeracy
  • Be available to start work immediately following successful completion of the cadetship
  • Be open and willing to learn
