PUBLIC NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 46(3)(a) of the Local Government Official Information Act 1987, I give notice that an Extraordinary meeting of the Council will be held on the following date and time:
Thursday, 17 August 2023 at 1pm in the Council Chamber
The general nature of the business to be undertaken at this extraordinary council meeting will be to consider the adoption of the consultation document for the Long-Term Plan Amendment required to undertake the category 3 buyout activity. It will also consider a report regarding housing and an appointments paper.
