NOTICE OF IMPOUNDING AND PROPOSED SALE OF IMPOUNDED STOCK
Impounding Act 1955, Section 46(2) and 49.
The undermentioned stock has been seized and impounded by the Hastings District Council.
Description of stock - one black and white heifer, one brown heifer, two brown and white bulls.
Notice is hereby given that unless claimed by the owner, the stock will be sold by public auction or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the impounding Act 1955. Dated this 26 January 2024.

Notice is hereby given that the stock will be sold by public auction on 7 February 2024 at the Stortford Lodge Sale Yards, 520 Maraekakaho Road St Leonards Hastings 4120, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955.
