Te Whare Maire O Tapuwae Charitable Trust is a Non-Profit, Non-Government Organisation based in Wairoa.

 

Programmes offered

Whanau Ora Kaiarahi Support Services

• Provide support for whanau to develop a plan according to their needs and aspirations,

• Support Whanau to achieve goals and outcomes and monitor their progress

• Providing support to whanau to access/connect to resources that help to meet their needs and aspirations

MSD Youth Connector Services

• Providing welfare and support for whānau who are COVID-19 positive, their households and others who are directed to self-isolate to keep safe if needed.

• Connect whanau to services and resources to meet other needs identified Paiheretia Te Muka Tangata

• To provide a specialist service to work directly with Tane Māori at all stages of their journey through the Corrections system.

• By assisting Tane to set goals and navigating them towards the services and support they need to realise their self-determined goals and aspirations.

• Assisting whānau with Tane Māori transitioning from HB Regional Prison back into the Youth. HBDHB Welfare Support Hub

• Enable access for Whānau, Hapū, Iwi and communities COVID response and support services.
