Book a Park or Reserve

Need a big space for your event? The Hastings parks and reserves listed below are available to hire, subject to conditions. Usually a hire fee and bond apply. Park hirers are required to restore the park to the condition it was in before the event took place, with all rubbish removed and no damage to the grounds or structures. The bond is used to complete that work if the park is not restored. It is refunded if not required.

Please note: Our parks and reserves can be used free of charge for wedding ceremonies and photos but cannot be booked for wedding receptions.

Parks and Reserve booking form

A Service Level Agreement with full details of the park hirer's obligations will be sent to you for your signature before the booking is confirmed. For more information contact Council.
