FlaXrock Gym has all the gym equipment, group fitness classes and specialised personal trainers you need and memberships start from only $9 a week.

We have three types of memberships available to suit how you use our facilities.

Memberships can be used across all Aquatics Hastings pools, Flaxmere, Clive, plus Havelock North and Frimley during the peak summer months. FlaXrock Gym at Flaxmere Community Centre can also be included in the membership.

Swim only (casual/lane swim)
Adult $14 /week
Child $10 /week

Flaxrock Gym Membership
Gym and classes at Flaxrock
Adult $9 /week
Student/senior $7 /week

Full Access Membership
Gym, swim and classes at the gym or the pools.
All aged $16 /week

EXPLODE This is a challenging but fun, total body circuit training workout.  Circuit training is the ideal way to go if you want to lose body fat while increasing your muscle strength. $5 per class.
LINE DANCING Line dancing is a fun, healthy way to keep those joints moving.
STRENGTH & BALANCE AND SIT FIT FOR SENIORS The Strength and Balance and Sit Fit senior classes are well-balanced with fall preventative components that are also designed to improve the cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular and nervous systems. It improves health, balance, flexibility and mind. Exercise for life, it’s never too late. For ages 60+.
BADMINTON FOR SENIORS Keep active, meet new people and enjoy a light morning tea afterwards. Racquet supplied or bring your own. For ages 60+.
TAI CHI Practised regularly, Tai Chi can improve your health and general well-being. It is a gentle form of exercise that combines slow and deliberate movements.
REVAMP High intense cardio class created to give you a full-body workout. This is a powerful way to get fit fast. Join in for the ultimate exercise experience. $5 per class.
