Farndon Park Domain, on the shores of the Clive River, is one of the oldest recreation grounds in Hawke's Bay. It is a popular sports complex; home to the Clive Rugby Club, Clive Tennis Club, the Hawke's Bay Kayak Racing Club, Hawke's Bay Rowing Club, Heretaunga Ararau O Ngati Kahungunu Waka Ama Roopu, te waka Nga Tukemata o Kahungunu, and Hastings District Council's Clive Swimming Pool complex, the latter open year round to the public.
It has a playground with swings, seesaws, a large climbing frame and slides.
