12 November 2021 update

Please see information below on upcoming lane and road closures planned from this Friday until Sunday while asphalting surfacing work takes place.

  • Friday 12 November: Dayshift full closure Henderson Road (two way stop/go)
  • Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 November: Dayshift full road closure of Henderson Road, and lane closures of Ōmahu Road (two way stop/go)

Please note that work is weather dependent and if it rains, it will be moved to the next fine weather day. 

Lane and road closures planned from this Wednesday include:
 
  • Weds 27, Thurs 28 and Fri 29 Oct: Nighttime lane closure on Ōmahu Rd, and nighttime road closure Henderson Road
  • Mon 1 Nov, Tues 2 Nov, Weds 3 Nov - Daytime lane closures and stop-go traffic control on Ōmahu Rd and Henderson Road

The next daytime road closure date is pencilled in on Henderson Rd on Friday 15 October 2021.

Please find below an updated summary of pencilled lane closure and road closures dates to date. (As above, please note the below dates may change and we will update this page as new information is received).

Road closures:

  • Night-time road closure Henderson Rd: November 2nd and 23rd  
  • Daytime road closure Henderson Rd: October 15th, 25th, 29th  and November 10th

Lane closures and stop-go traffic control:

  • Daytime lane closures Ōmahu Rd: (3-way stop go includes Henderson Rd): November 3rd, 11th, 17th and 24th  
  • Night-time lane closures Ōmahu Rd: (3-way stop go includes Henderson Rd): November 1st, 2nd, 22nd and 23rd
  • Daytime lane closure Henderson Rd: October 18th  and November 11th
