Disputing FinesTautohenga Whaina

If you have been issued with an animal control infringement notice and wish to dispute it you can fill in the form below, providing an objection/explanation that will be reviewed by Council. The matters you raise will be reviewed by the Animal Control team leader and a decision made on whether it is appropriate to waive the fine. The process is normally completed in about seven days, depending on complexity.
