Eleven of Hastings' parks and reserves have areas dedicated to playing sport. A wide range of codes are catered for, from the traditional: football, rugby, cricket, rugby league, touch rugby and softball, to the specialised: ki-o-rahi, disc golf, skating, marching and BMX.
Sportsgrounds Seasonal sportsgrounds that require marking are painted at the beginning of each playing season. To see the field layouts for particular parks (and more information on the parks they are in) click on the links below.
Sportsground closures are listed below. If grassed grounds need to be closed (usually weather-related) appropriate codes will also be notified.
