Water Service Connections
The Council provides stormwater, sewer and water connections. A connection is the piece of pipe that joins your property to the various networks. Applications for a connection are handled by the Asset Management group at the Council.
The Council’s underground services maintenance contractor is the only party, authorised to install new connections.
The cost of a new connection includes the physical works cost and a development levy fee.
The physical works cost is dependent on the length of pipeline between the service main and the boundary.
