Heretaunga Women’s Centre offers a range of self-development, healthy living and interest courses with a range of qualified facilitators.
You can choose from courses aimed at developing social skills and making new friends, activities designed to promote healing and wellbeing, or support services which provide advocacy for women generally and individually.
The Centre is available to all women including youth and young women. We work collectively for positive change for women.
We believe in sharing skills and strengths to provide women with resources to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and a safe environment for support and companionship. We also provide free counselling.
