The inflatables at Frimley Pool can keep the kids entertained for hours.
Summer is here and that means Splash Planet and the Aquatics Hastings outdoor pools at Frimley and Havelock North are now open.
Splash Planet re-opened on November 16 after the winter break – and is now open from 10am to 5.30pm, seven days a week.
The leading visitor attraction in Hastings, it’s also a major drawcard for locals with plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
To help make it more affordable for Hawke’s Bay residents, go to the website www.splashplanet.co.nz to sign up for a Club Card for a discounted entry rate.
Havelock North Village Pool and Frimley Pool re-opened on November 30.
At the Village Pool people are able to enjoy recreational swimming, dedicated lanes for lap swimming, giant inflatable and barbecues for hire.
There’s a toddlers pool and a learners pool, shaded areas and a grassed areas to picnic and play games.
At Frimley Pool, people can enjoy Hawke’s Bay’s only 50m pool with grandstand, as well as a learner and a toddler pool.
Bring the chilly bin and make a family day of it with covered barbecue and seated area as well as plenty of grass for basking in the sun.
