Public notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 28(4) of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 that the Council’s Rating Information Database is available for public inspection at the following times and places:
• The Council’s Central offices Lyndon Road East, Hastings
Monday, Wednesday – Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm and Tuesdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm
• www.hastingsdc.govt.nz/services/properties-and-rates/rates/
The Rating Information Database contains a record of all information required for setting and assessing rates. This includes current rates for the year ending 30 June 2022 and the proposed rates for the year ending 30 June 2023 based on the draft budget.
